This one started as a cut bit from his big brother, [link]
Added a wee bit and 'twas complete.
Approximately 3 x 1.5 inches.
Black tape, masking tape, paper bits, envelope found while junk hunting with *fredfree Elmer's white glue, x-acto knife.
